Design Approach
To maximise the building’s potential, we introduced a new stair core, enabling dedicated access to four apartments above the commercial unit, which was pre-let to Tesco. The scheme includes four eco homes featuring green roofs, air source heat pumps, and EV parking, supporting sustainable living. Interiors embrace a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic, offering warm, clean, and modern spaces that feel both inviting and practical.
